Principle of Comptoir Agricole:
"Comptoir Agricole brings together 40 hop producers from Alsace, France in the form of a cooperative.
The six exclusive hops from Alsace are marketed under the brand name HopFrance. The French varieties include Strisselspalt, Aramis, Triskel, Barbe-Rouge, Mistral and Elexir.
The ‘’finesse’’ and “complexity” is more striking than the intensity which make beers with hops from Alsace very delicate."
